Broadway Refrigeration has built a strong company based on sound business and a highly qualified pool of technical staff. Our Trade Qualified installation and maintenance staff are supported by experienced and knowledgeable management who also possess appropriate credentials; up to and including Professional Engineering certification in British Columbia.

Our Dispatch is manned from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. to provide prompt and attentive response to service requests. After hours is handled through a 24 hour service which has direct contact with our on call mechanic.

• Only proceed with the authorization and understanding of the work to be completed.
• Always have an authorized employee of client sign Work Orders for work completed.
• Maintain on site equipment logs for reference and auditing purposes.

Broadway Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is committed to safety in the work place. On an ongoing basis all Broadway employees receive in house safety training. As part of this commitment to our employees and our customers Broadway maintains a Certified Safety Coordinator on staff to insure that all work is performed in accordance with Workers Compensation Board Rules, WHMIS, etc.

Broadway participates in the industry’s apprenticeship program, employing at least one apprentice in both construction and service. The remainder of our technicians have attained full Trades Qualifications including Gas “A” license for high capacity equipment.
