Inclusive Service Contracts
Inclusive Service Contracts can soften the blow when major breakdowns occur.
Costly failures in air conditioning and refrigeration equipment never seem to
happen when there is plenty of money in the bank; rather, they occur at the worst
possible time giving accountants and money managers problems they could well do without.
A planned maintenance contract with the added "insurance" of having certain
repairs completed without needing to cover the full cost at one time may be the answer.
The purpose of an Inclusive Contract is to accept into the original cost of the
contract, the cost of required repairs to the main operating parts on an item of
equipment.
Generally estimated on a three or five year basis, some exclusions apply. If
