Broadway Inclusive Maintenance Contracts are designed to provide the customer with routine and regular equipment inspections.

The number and intensity of the inspections will vary depending on the type of equipment, the application, the location and age.

The purpose of an inclusive contract is to accept in the original cost of the contract, the cost of required repairs to the main operating parts of an item of equipment. Only equipment requiring periodic maintenance and which can be made to last longer or run better through the application of preventive maintenance can be included.

Inclusive contracts do not cover repairs to static parts such as cabinet repairs and panel replacements, electrical repairs other than controls. Problems caused by external forces such as damage from power surges or incorrect voltage, damage from physical contact, damage from misuse or incorrect operation.

After hours emergency calls other than nuisance calls are acceptable but the customer will be charged the premium difference.

Inclusive contracts are estimated on the basis of being in effect for a minimum of five years. A shorter period is not normally acceptable.

It is a condition of acceptance that all equipment is in reasonable working order consistent with the age of the equipment before the contract becomes effective. Any deficiencies noted at the time of the first inspection will be repaired at the owners expense.
