PROJECT DESCRIPTION: UBC Cypress and Pine House of Wesbrook Place is a new residential rental complex designated for UBC Faculty and Staff. This 6-storey development consists of a total of 175 units of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes between the two buildings. These buildings feature Jaga radiant baseboard heating, and an extensive outdoor courtyard. Omega Mechanical is the Prime Mechanical Contractor for this project, which is scheduled to be complete in Spring of 2018.
