PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The University of British Columbia is constructing a mixed use building consisting of two levels of commercial space with 4 levels of wood frame residential above and two levels of below grade parking located on the UBC campus. The residential space will be heated using radiant inslab heating and is connected to the local district energy system.
